Your Documented Evaluations.

Being in the Military gives you a head start over your civilian competitors, your documented evaluations.

Each evaluation should have a description of your duties and the number of people you were responsible for supervising.

It should also contain performance-based results. You can use these evaluations to sell yourself to your potential employer. Or you can use them in your Military to Civilian Resume.

Employers are looking for reasons to "hire" someone. It is up to you to provide the employer with that.

They want to see accomplishments, They want to see results. You evaluations are the perfect tool to use . The hiring manager has a question: "What can this individual do for me?" The answer is best delivered in the form of an official testimonial and you have one...your documented evaluations.
