1. Who we are

2. Acceptance

By using this website or ordering a service from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

3. The services we provide

We write resumes, cover letters, thank-you letters, federal resumes, KSAs, ECQs and PTQs, and we distribute finished resumes to employers and job boards. Work is produced by a writer assigned to you based on your career level and specialty.

We prepare documents from the information you supply. You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of that information, and you confirm that you have the right to give it to us.

4. Turnaround

Standard resume packages are normally delivered within two to three business days, and federal packages within three to five business days, from the point at which we have the information we need from you. Rush options are available. Turnaround times run from receipt of your completed information, not from the date you ordered.

5. Revisions and the guarantee

Your writer will revise your documents on request as part of the service.

Our published guarantee is that if you do not receive more interviews within six weeks of delivery, we will rewrite your resume free of charge; and if after 120 days you are still not satisfied that it is helping you get interviews, we will refund the amount you paid. Federal resumes additionally carry a compliance guarantee: if a resume we wrote is rejected by any area of the federal government on compliance grounds, we will rewrite it free. We cannot guarantee that you will be offered any particular job. Hiring decisions are made by employers, on grounds outside our control.

6. Payment

Prices shown on this site are indicative. The price for your work is confirmed with you before any work begins. Payment is arranged directly with us.

7. Ownership of your documents

On payment in full, the finished documents we prepare for you are yours to use in your own job search. We retain the right to use anonymised extracts as samples, with identifying details removed.

8. Your use of this site

The content on this site, including text, sample resumes and graphics, belongs to us or to our licensors. You may download and print the free sample resumes for your personal use. You may not republish, resell or systematically copy any part of this site without our written permission.

You agree not to use the site in any way that interferes with its operation or with anyone else’s use of it, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

9. Third party sites

This site may link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Privacy

Our handling of your information is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of California have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
