Five levels of service, one that fits you
We do more than write a resume — but the resumes themselves are some of the best out there. Yours can be entry level, standard or executive, and we also write formats specific to government, federal and military-to-civilian moves.
Which one is right?
Career level and years of history are the main factors. Two minutes on the phone will settle it.

An entry-level resume has to focus on more than employment history — if you need one, chances are you have little or no previous work experience. We home in on your natural and professional abilities, focus on transferable skills, and highlight your internships and community work instead of a short employment record, so employers see your future promise.

Standard resume
For most job seekers, professionals and mid-level management. A comprehensive package built around a powerful synopsis of your professional career, a focused objective and a strong career profile summary. We never just present your employment history — we take your background and turn it into a document that reflects your success, your progress and the impact you had on previous employers. Suited to job seekers with up to seven years of employment history.
Executive resume
Designed exclusively for the senior-level professional who needs a real marketing tool, with sections dedicated to career milestones and achievements, an executive summary, and our executive format. Executive clients generally have seven or more years of experience or are senior managers and executives. It is also the right choice if you are applying for more senior positions for the first time.
Federal and government resumes
Federal resumes follow strict content and format guidelines and must be keyword-rich enough to clear the Resumix scanner. We include KSAs free with every federal resume, and we also write ECQs and PTQs for Senior Executive Service applications and Resumix resumes for the Army, Navy and specific agencies.
Military to civilian conversion
For service members moving into the private sector. The job is translating military skills, experience and jargon into something civilian employers understand and value.
